Where were you when you realized.....

Things are not always what they seem.

And they never have been. Everything changes all the time.
Nothing stays the same.
Nothing is as it seems.
Why should you care?
Why do I?
Good question.
I care because I need to.
You should care because its necessary.
It is not important to know why just that it is.

I intentionally use these older images because they are better known.

Published over the decades and generally accepted as real.

This news photo is considered genuine.

If so, then why has this disscussion continued for so many years?

That is the big question.

The next question is this...

Will it ever end?

That is to say when will the discussion end and reality take its place?

This is what we are waiting on.

When will it end?

We want an acceptance of the situation or a rejection.

Nothing short of a conclusion is acceptable.

It is almost intolerable to see this stalemate continue.

And yet it does.

Haven't noticed any changes?

Wish I had an umbrella and a bucket to catch the flak from the heathens.

Over the eons of time and the centuries that fly past,

 our view is but a thumbnail of the whole.

We must relearn all that has gone before in order to understand all that is coming towards us in the future.

The view that we are still the people that St. Paul wrote about is a tough sell these days.

The Christians pull the pagans, the heathens, the unclean and unrepentant towards them in the hope that they will find salvation of their soul and redemption for their families.

There is no collective salvation.

 Despite what our current president says.

That is not Christian principles.

Each must come to Christ and receive salvation personally.

On an individual basis.

The Life, Death, Resurrection.

The promise to each of us of eternal life.

We wonder if this is a universal idea?

A great Creator of the Heavens.

We search the Earth and the sky for answers.

So far we have only ancient histories with which to comfort us in those dark times when our souls cry out for comfort.

Some will look to technology, some to science.

Still others will not look at all.

Where do you look?

With all that has gone and indeed is still going on in the world.

It is no wonder that the answers have not been found.

For we see as in a mirror darkly.

The vauge reflection of a world we do not fully understand.

Is it any wonder we do not see the truth of it all?

It is difficult to walk with the angels when your eyes are always looking at the ground.

It would be the cat's pajamas.

Not that my cats have ever put pajamas on.

It's just an expression....you know.

I am getting that look again.

The, "I can't believe you just said that." look.

Don't start with me about those things from..."Out There"

Try the catnip.

It's very fresh.

Really freakin' crazy if you ask the folks around the table.

Not sure about the person to your left or your right?

Neither am I.

OK, now we are getting somewhere.

The dream is over.

 It's reality time.

But is it ?

These things we see are almost never what we are expecting.

So there you have it.

But what do you have?

Ideas.. Notions... Dreams...

Notice the total absence of real facts?

Testimony while it may be compelling doesn't constitute fact.

Only facts constitute facts.

Many people have that reaction.

The truth is most people have no real plan.

Several reasons for this include, but are not limited to:

A. Just staring

B. Jaw dropping

C. Strange profanities

D. Hysterics

E. Denial

Just to name a few.

Did you see your reaction in there?

If not you may be above average.

Do have a plan.

Do prepare.

You may never need to put it into action.

Then again you may.

Today we have phone cameras.

Note: they are not very good, generally.

A good film camera is better than digital.

But not always practical.

Your surroundings, enviroment, your community in general.

Doing these simple things increases the opportunities you have of sighting objects of interest.

I'M NOT AS THINK AS YOU DRUNK I ARE.

In a country where language isn't important anymore.

 It appears logic and reason also are irrelevant.

To celebrate I had Martha bake us a cake.

There are no words on it.

It "was" wonderful.

But you see this is not a cake.

This is a very expensive sports car.

It only looks like a cake to fool the public.

If everyone knew it was a sports car, well,

everyone would want to drive it.

At least I had the good taste to admit I wanted to keep the car a secret.

I thought that was in good taste.

No.

The cake was in good taste.

No.

Rather the cake tasted good.

No.

I have always wanted a good tasting sports car.

No.

I like cake.

No ..... wait a minute.

OK.

I've always wanted a sports car that has good taste.

Words are complicated.

So,
